Rohlf, deeply moved by Sullivan’s condition, ensured he was taken to Orange County Animal Services in Orlando.
The signs of neglect were evident, with his fur matted and soaked in urine. However, fate had better plans for Sullivan. Dannielle Southon from Central Florida Fosters came across his picture and was determined to change his life.

After a much-needed grooming session, Sullivan revealed a face so adorable that it left everyone in awe. Southon’s first meeting with him was filled with licks and affectionate kisses, indicating the loving nature hidden beneath his previous state.
